Advanced Chain Making

Ever wonder how to up your chainmaking game? How to get better at soldering? We will start off with a basic cable chain, and work our way to more complex chains, different patterns, how to make 3-D links like puffed pods and more. Stick soldering will be demonstrated as well. Using mostly wire, some sheet metal, some basic metal blanks, we will create unusual chains that are your own creation! 10g to 22g base metal wire and sheet will be available as well a limited supply of silver wire/sheet.

Bench Time: 1 bench time is included with your registration. Look for the bench time registration code on the class confirmation page.

Supplies: Materials are not included with registration. Estimated supply fee of $40 is payable to Teaching Artist on the day of the workshop.
