Learn how to finish your jewelry so that it is polished to perfection and clean of the black polishing compound. Methods such as using a tumbler, an ultrasonic cleaner, or steam cleaner, choosing from the many varieties of grinding and deburring wheels available, knowing what polishing compounds to use on the buffing machine will all be discussed. Also, basic maintenance of the flex shaft and alternatives to buying a flexible shaft will be addressed. A list of suppliers will be available for everyone. If you are sick of using emery paper and wondered if there was an alternative—oh yes—this class is for you!
